1. Information we collect
Google account information
When you use Google Sign-In, we receive account information required to create and secure your account, such as a Google account identifier, email address and profile information made available by the sign-in configuration.
Photos and prompts you provide
We process photos and prompts you actively submit to create AI images or videos. You must not upload a photo of a minor, and you must have the rights and permission required to use every photo you submit.
Generated content and creation history
We process generated images and videos together with technical task information needed to deliver the result and show recent creation history.
Purchase and credit information
We receive information needed to verify Google Play purchases, subscriptions, balances and entitlements. Google processes payment details under its own terms. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Device, usage and diagnostic information
We may process limited device, app usage, attribution, security, performance and crash information needed to operate, protect and improve MeraScene.
Support, deletion and safety reports
If you contact support, request deletion or report a generated result, we process what you submit and related account, task and technical information needed to investigate and respond.
2. How we use information
- Create and secure your account.
- Process AI photo and video generation requests.
- Provide recent creation history for up to 24 hours.
- Verify subscriptions, purchases, credits and entitlements.
- Automatically return credits charged for a failed generation.
- Provide support and investigate order or entitlement issues.
- Review safety reports and prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited content and security incidents.
- Maintain reliability and comply with legal obligations.
MeraScene does not operate a public community or discovery feed. Other users cannot view your creations inside the app.
3. Original photo deletion
An original photo uploaded for generation is used to complete that request and is deleted from MeraScene servers when generation is complete. It is not stored in your MeraScene creation history.
4. Generated results and 24-hour history
Generated images, generated videos and creation history are retained for no longer than 24 hours so you can view or download them. You may delete them earlier. After the retention period, they are deleted from active systems.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for Google Sign-In, AI processing, content safety, cloud hosting, storage, content delivery, analytics, attribution, notifications, crash monitoring, payment verification and support. They process information for the applicable service purpose, subject to contractual or platform requirements. We may disclose limited information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International processing
ROADONE LIMITED is based in the United States, and service providers may process information in countries other than India. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organisational and technical measures for international processing and transfers.
7. Purchases, subscriptions and credits
MeraScene offers weekly subscriptions and one-time credit packs through Google Play. There is no free usage or free trial. Subscription credits reset at the end of each subscription period. One-time credits do not expire while your account remains active and are removed when you delete your account. Google Play handles payments, subscription management and refund decisions.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. You should protect access to the Google account connected to MeraScene.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data associated with your account, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and raise a complaint or question.
You may delete generated results before automatic deletion. You can delete your account in the app or visit our external deletion resource. After verification, we complete a deletion request within 7 days and usually sooner. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
We may retain limited order, fraud-prevention, security or legal records where necessary for a legitimate and limited purpose.
10. Users under 18 and photos of minors
MeraScene is not intended for anyone under 18. Users must not upload or use a photo of a minor for AI generation. If you believe a minor’s information or image has been submitted, contact us.
11. Sharing initiated by you
MeraScene may allow you to download generated content or share it through social or messaging apps. Sharing is initiated by you and governed by the receiving service’s own terms and privacy practices.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to MeraScene, legal requirements or data practices. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
